This competency studies what people think, feel, and do in organizational settings, focusing on individual, interpersonal, group, and organizational processes. The
primary objective of this Summative Assessment is to demonstrate your understanding of organizational dynamics by analyzing a real-time experience in an
organization in which you work/volunteer or in another type of group of which you are a member. You will describe the issue/s your work/volunteer/other group
discussed in a presentation. Then, you will complete a reflective-type essay that details and describes the group dynamics that were present in that particular
session.
