It is now time to focus on putting your strategic plan together. Over the next weeks you will write your entire strategic plan paper. Below are the sections of the strategic plan that must be in your final paper. But the sections you will develop this week are highlighted.

Section III: Mission, Vision and Value Statements
Section IV: Organization Profile and History
Section V: Summary of Core Strategies
Section VI: Program Goals and Objectives
Section VII: Financial, Administrative, and Governance Goals

Step 1: Review the following pages in your Allison & Kaye textbook:
Exhibit 6.3 on page 252 in the textbook: Strategic Planning for Nonprofit Organizations by Allison & Kaye. These pages gives a detailed explanation of the eight (8) sections of a strategic plan.
Exhibit 6.4 on pp 256-257 gives examples of suggested page lengths for each section of the strategic plan.
