Academic writing is a hallmark of any educational journey. And while technology provides some guiderails for writers, this does not eliminate the need to maintain certain standards of writing. Walden University maintains academic writing expectations (AWE) that help guide all academic writing. Consider your writing strengths and challenges in the context of Walden’s academic writing expectations.

What tools or strategies do you employ to maintain your integrity?
Academic writing can be stressful for students because they think they must write complicated paragraphs. However, simplicity and clarity are key to “good” academic writing. How can you connect Asimov’s experience with intelligence to your journey as an academic writer?
