Individual development plans are a great way to identify and achieve your personal career goals. These plans can also be used by managers to help employees identify and achieve their own personal career goals and growth. Based on your own career goals, job descriiptions, weaknesses (opportunities), and strengths.
Do not forget that you are taking the role of their superior here and your feedback should show them you are committed to their growth as an employee.
What additional training or ideas do you have regarding how they can achieve each of their developmental goals?
