You will also identify critical infrastructure owners/operators required to establish the core capabilities. Follow the template instructions to complete your crosswalk:

Identify the Core Capabilities (CC) required to ensure the continuity of the lifeline. List all that are relevant (must identify a minimum of four).
Formulate which Emergency Support Functions (ESFs) would be involved in reconstituting the lifeline following a disaster or incident that compromises the lifeline services. List all that are relevant and map them to the specific numbered CCs from the previous column.
Identify the infrastructure sector(s) from the list of 16 critical infrastructure sectors (CIs) involved in restoring the lifeline. List all that are relevant and map them to the specific numbered ESFs from the previous column.
Show the nexus to specific types of infrastructure owners/operators (O/O) or businesses outside of formal government response agencies. You can include government agencies if they are the primary service providers of the CI Sector. List all that are relevant and map them to the specific numbered CIs from the previous column.
